Heston came aboard Anchorman in Penarth marina to cook a medieval version of Surf and Turf, a medieval recipe that is halve fish and halve pig, known as Mermaid Pie, consisting of Conger Eel and Suckling Pig, for his Channel 4 series "Heston's Feasts" where he explores Britain's gastronomic past to revive and modernise traditional recipes.
